Available delivery services, estimated delivery windows and shipping charges are shown during checkout where configured. Tracking is provided when the selected service supports it. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges required by their destination.

Some items have limited availability and may require additional processing before dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an affected item, we will contact you and refund the affected amount.

Returns

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an eligible return. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were delivered; sealed products must remain sealed unless applicable law requires otherwise. For an incorrect, damaged or materially not-as-described item, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos so we can review the issue.

Nothing on this page limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.
